My Story
My journey began on the frontline of emergency medicine before moving into entrepreneurship and global change consultancy, where I built six businesses and helped organisations navigate complex transformation.
Like many ambitious people, I spent years believing that growth came from becoming more—more successful, more knowledgeable, more accomplished. But despite everything I achieved, something still felt missing.
A personal collapse at 30 became the turning point that changed the direction of my life. It began a decade-long exploration into what allows people to access, express and sustain more of their human potential.
Over the last decade, I've invested more than £100,000 studying with world-class mentors across neuroscience, identity, coaching, yoga, breathwork and contemplative practices.
I wasn't looking for another technique. I was searching for a better understanding of human potential. That journey led to the creation of The Undressed Way—a philosophy built on one simple belief: There is more within.
Today, through my books, podcast, speaking and programmes, I help ambitious people uncover more of what's already within them.
